Our highly acclaimed Yakitori grilling maestro, Chef Anson, is at the helm of his team of skilled chefs, eagerly anticipating your arrival. Chef Anson first mastered his craft, working in some of the top Japanese restaurants across Asia. Honing his skills, Chef Anson was not afraid to push the boundaries of traditional Japanese cuisine and began to experiment with new flavours and techniques. After all, it takes true perseverance and dedication to truly excel at a craft before being bold enough to innovate and challenge conventional notions.
